An Apple a Day...

Well, folks....
In keeping with the spirit of the new year, and New Year's Resolutions, Matt and I have started going to the gym together. We decided that we were both too tired/stressed/busy/whatever in the evenings to go, and that the morning was the only time we could get it done. So, after 2 months of going twice a week, we are both seeing improvements in our muscles and cardiovascular stamina.
This has been great, and I've really enjoyed getting back into working out after taking, shall we say, a "short" break... it's actually been since the wedding, maybe?? Anyways, Im also on a new healthy-eating kick and we'll see how long it lasts. I read that 85% of weight loss is your diet, not your exercise! 85%?? I dont like this. I like chocolate and ice cream.
Dont worry though, Im still cooking Matt all the bread, pasta, potatoes, and sweets he wants :)
